Conditioning and Weight Training Schedules

Coach Alford has scheduled the facilities for the first three months of 2011.  Please make sure all the players are aware of this opportunity to prepare for the upcoming season together as a team.

Conditioning Sessions will be from 3:45 to 4:45 in the afternoon
Weight Training Sessions will be from 3:30 to 4:30 in the weight room

January

  • 20 - Thursday - Weight Training
  • 24 - Monday - Conditioning

February
